REFUNDS/CANCELLATIONS POLICY
At Glassberry IT Solutions Pvt Ltd, we strive to provide high-quality digital marketing services that meet and exceed our clients' expectations. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where refunds or cancellations are necessary. This policy outlines the terms under which refunds and cancellations are managed.
1. Service Fees and Payments
- - All payments for services provided by Glassberry IT Solutions Pvt Ltd are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.
- - The client is responsible for making timely payments as per the agreed terms and conditions outlined in the service agreement or invoice.
2. Refunds Policy
- - Refunds will only be considered under the following conditions:
Failure to deliver services as agreed upon in the service contract due to reasons attributable to Glassberry IT Solutions Pvt Ltd.
Duplicate payment made by the client for the same service.
- - Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 14 days of the payment date.
- - Approved refunds will be processed within 15 business days from the date of approval.
3. Cancellations Policy
- - Cancellations of ongoing projects or services must be communicated in writing.
- - For monthly subscription-based services:
Clients must provide a cancellation notice at least 15 days prior to the next billing cycle to avoid charges for the following month.
- - For fixed-term contracts:
Cancellation fees may apply as specified in the contract.
Work completed up to the cancellation date will be billed accordingly, and payments already made are non-refundable.
4. Exclusions
- - No refunds will be provided for services already rendered or for time spent on the project before a cancellation request.
- Refunds do not apply to third-party expenses (e.g., ad spend, hosting fees) incurred on behalf of the client.
5. Dispute Resolution
- - In case of disputes, both parties agree to resolve the matter amicably through mutual discussion. If unresolved, the issue will be escalated to arbitration as per Indian laws.
